i believe in miracles. lol.

OMG. You wanna hear a story? Do you believe in Miracles? OMG. I am a BELIEVER. LOL. Ok...

Today I was scared. Really scared. We were $80 shy of making mortgage that we had to pay TOMORROW (or today if possible) I called Lovie at work to tell him we almost made it but didn't and he'd need to borrow it until next week's check. He sighed in frustration....(thats so painful to hear, especially since we are trying so hard and so close to catching up)

I told Lovie to hold off on asking another day and we will figure *SOMETHING* out...didn't know what. Went about my day. Heck, my mom even offered it to me but I refused it (if you knew just how wonderful my parents are and how much they've already done for us, you'd totally understand). I got the mail, looked like junk, left it on my bed-ALL DAY LONG.

Tonight, with heavy hearts(well just worried about the mortgage), we come into the bedroom. I take a second look at a WELLS FARGO envelope on our bed(thats our mortgage company) and start thinking..its too late for this month's bill, too early for next...

and its thinner...looks scary but then I open it.

I begin to cry.

Lovie stops reading his mag and looks at me.

He asks me why I am crying.

I tell him, "Its an overpayment refund check...a check for $390.58!!!!"

I wanted SO BADLY to use SOME of it for worthless crap but instead paid all of our November bills but one, leaving 2 free checks to pay December's mortgage early and start Holiday shopping after that! I can wait 2 more weeks, right?

Can you fucking believe that?!?!?!
